Meet Dr. Benjamin Reiswig

Dr. Benjamin Reiswig, DO, CAQSM, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with fellowship training and board certification in Primary Care Sports Medicine. He founded Precision Sports & MSK Medicine to provide personalized, physician-led musculoskeletal care that combines evidence-based medicine with advanced diagnostics, hands-on treatment, and innovative non-operative therapies.

His practice focuses on the evaluation and treatment of sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and orthopedic disorders affecting athletes and active individuals of all ages. By integrating comprehensive physical examination, Osteopathic Manual Treatment (OMT), musculoskeletal ultrasound, ultrasound-guided procedures, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), and regenerative medicine, Dr. Reiswig develops individualized treatment plans designed to restore function, relieve pain, and help patients return to the activities they enjoy.

Dr. Reiswig completed his Sports Medicine Fellowship through Auburn University, Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM-Auburn), and Piedmont Columbus Regional Health. During fellowship, he cared for collegiate athletes while receiving advanced nonoperative orthopedic training through Hughston Clinic and Andrews Sports Medicine, gaining extensive experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound, non-operative orthopedics, concussion management, and sports medicine procedures.

In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Reiswig enjoys medical education and has served as an Assistant Professor at VCOM-Auburn and as a Clinical Preceptor for the University of Kansas School of Medicine, helping educate the next generation of physicians.

Today, Dr. Reiswig serves as a University and Team Physician for Kansas State University while also leading Precision Sports & MSK Medicine, where he is committed to delivering comprehensive, individualized care for athletes, active adults, and anyone striving to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Reiswig enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, attending live concerts and sporting events, and staying active. His passion for athletics and movement extends beyond his profession and continues to inspire his commitment to helping others move better, recover stronger, and perform at their best.

"Every patient has a story. Whether it's an injury, chronic pain, or a life-changing event, no two people arrive with the same challenges—and no two treatment plans should be the same. I believe the foundation of great medicine is listening, understanding each patient's goals, and delivering personalized, evidence-based care that treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Whenever possible, I focus on non-operative solutions that restore function, improve quality of life, and empower patients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve lasting success. My goal isn't simply to help you recover—it's to help you continue doing what you love for years to come." — Benjamin Reiswig, DO, CAQSM
